Joker Brand Europe; interview with Timo Kraus

In 1995 Estevan Oriol (then known as DJ Scandalous) and B-Real from Cypress Hill sat down with their Soul Assassins brother Mr. Cartoon to discuss a new venture. At the time, Mr. Cartoon was struggling to balance his time between the development of his artistic vision, unique tattooing style and the expansion of his fledgling clothing line, Joker Brand Clothing. It is there that the story of Joker Brand Clothing begins.

Joker Brand is internationally recognized as one of the most authentic and original urban/street wear clothing lines in the world. As a company, Joker Brand resisted the flossy trends of the late nineties, maintaining its connections to the street community.

Bloodbath Project x B-Real upcoming collabo lookbook

Bloodbath just announced another high caliber collabo with none other than Cypress Hill’s B-Real.

Here’s the official press release:
Bloodbath and B-Real (Cypress Hill) have crossed strains to commemorate this year’s 4/20 celebration. Presenting two graphic tees and a custom wooden grinder, the pieces will be offered in the Bloodbath Online Shop as well as a handful of special retailers. The wooden grinders have imprints that host Buddhamaster and Bloodbath iconography, which are limited to 100 pieces. The first tee echoes the same design as the grinder, and the other displays a big thumbprint textured with an image of the finest greens. Bloodbath Unveils 2012 Spring Collection Via New Lookbook

Southern California streetwear brand Bloodbath have unveiled their Spring 2012 Collection this week.

For the new collection, the company keeps with their “signature simplistic approach highlighted with military undertones,” as stated in a press release.

As seen in the lookbook imagery, Bloodbath offers a variety of new graphic tees, raglan shirts, crewneck sweaters, knits and long sleeve tees worn by Los Angeles rapper S-Mak. The pieces boast touches of camouflage alongside bold and subtle branding, as well as hints of destruction and anarchy.
